I know kids would love it but I am a 51 yr old grandma, I love tinkerbell and I bought this for myself! The book is chock full of surprises. Very nicely done from the beautiful illustrations to the little jewels on the front cover. I highly recommend this book -not just for children but for those of us who still dream of that magical time- I feel years younger thanks to this lovely book.

Beautiful! Positively gorgeous book for young girls...ages 6 to 10. The illustrations are delightful and spark the imagination, especially the flower dresses the fairies wear and the home tree where they live. A well written exciting book that kept her reading way past her bedtime. Back to Pixie Hollow Rosetta was a garden-talent fairy who loved beautiful things -- flowers and frilly dresses and delicate petal shoes. She hated to get dirty. In her flower patch, everything was in perfect order. Her friend Fawn was just the opposite. Fawn was a rough-and-tumble animal-talent fairy who loved playing acorn ball and talking to animals. In this Pixie Hollow story, the two friends agree to each spend a day doing what the other wants. The characters are so stereotypical that it becomes annoying to read. Rosetta's sudden and complete change of attitude, and willingness to get slimy and dirty at the end of the book is hard to believe, but little girls will love another Disney fairy story. Ages 6-8.

Earrings make my 3 year old cry This looked really cute in the store and a simple enough toy. The second my 3 year old put the earrings on she screamed and cried. They really pinched. It is NOT included in any of the box sets. I do know that references to this book are mentioned in at least some of the books in the box sets. They are packaged nicely and the books themselves are perfect for reading before bed, a few chapters each night. Their small paperback size is good for easy reading for them as well. The stories are gentle and sweet with a few pictures interspersed throughout the book but not so many that it seems like a glorified picture book. These are definitely chapter books for younger children to read. They look forward to going to bed just so they can get back to them. I work at a library and checked out just one of the Pixie Hollow books and immediately ordered all three sets from Amazon. They are wonderful to own.

THERE IS NO WIDESCREEN VERSION ! I can't add anything to the praise for this film. If you love Disney films, this is considered one of the classics. I just wish to briefly comment on the criticism of the lack of a widescreen version. The first widescreen film, The King and I, was released in 1956. Previous to this all films were full screen. Peter Pan, released in 1953, and a good many of the Disney classics are only available in full screen aspect. This is not the Pan and Scan alteration of an original Widescreen format. The way this film is presented on the DVD is the original aspect ratio; Nothing has been altered. I have seen this so called criticism leveled against many Hollywood classics such as Casablanca, Gone with the Wind and The Wizard of Oz. Please, get off your high horse and stop whinning about how Disney or whatever movie company is ripping you off. None of these films ever had a widescreen version to begin with. Do a little research and you could be content to enjoy these classics in the aspect ratio they were orginally presented in. Thats all I wish to say. I Love This Movie! The children in the Darling family love story about Peter Pan. So naturally when he shows up one night looking for his missing shadow, they're thrilled to go back with him to Never Land. There, they face Indians and "the world's most famous crook," Captain Hook. Will they survive their adventures with the boy who never wants to grow up? I have always had a fascination with this story. As a kid I remember checking the Disney picture book version out of the library week after week. When I finally got to see it, I was enthralled. There is just something magical about the story. It's partially the coming together of all the boyhood adventures in one place. Mermaids, Indians, and Pirates? What more could any boy want? And, of course, the ability to fly. The "You can fly" sequence over London is one of my all time favorites. The whole movie really is animated very well with a story that movies quickly from place to place with lots of humor to keep everyone entertained and gorgeous animation of the fanciful Never Land. This special edition is worth tracking down. The picture (original full frame) is sharp and the surround sound is very nice. Extras include a documentary on the making of the movie and a promotional theatrical featurette from the original release. The "audio commentary" is unique. Hosted by Roy Disney, it consists of selections from interviews of the voice talent, live action models, animators, and animation historians. While not your usual commentary, it's fascinating stuff and well worth a listen. Finally, there's a treasure hunt game and DVD storybook for kids. This movie still brings a smile to my face and probably always will. Maybe my friends are right when they say I love this movie so much because I always wanted to be Peter Pan. Be careful to order the right VERSION Disney's Peter Pan requires no introduction. However, the "Special Edition" includes several Asian languages in addition to English, but each time you put the DVD in, you have to go to the settings menu and turn off the subtitles if you don't want them to come on automatically. If you are an English speaker and want the regular North American edition, buy the "Limited Issue".

Tinkerbell is back for a whole new season of adventure in Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasure. Pixie Hollow is all abuzz with preparations for autumn and Tinkerbell is hard at work on her latest invention when she is unexpectedly summoned by Queen Clarion and the Minister of autumn. Tinkerbell fears that she's in trouble again, but is instead delighted to find out that Fairy Mary has recommended her for the important job of creating a one-of-a-kind scepter that will focus the light of an unusual blue harvest moon through a rare moonstone in order to replenish the pixie dust tree's supply of pixie dust. Tinkerbell gladly rises to the challenge, accepting her dust-keeper friend Terrence's offers of help, but as the days fly rapidly by, pressure begins to build and Tinkerbell becomes annoyed by Terrence's constant attention. Sending Terrence away on an errand seems like a good idea, but what he brings back inadvertently causes the almost finished scepter and the incredibly rare moonstone to break into pieces. Tinkerbell lashes out at Terrence and then departs alone on a desperate quest to fix the moonstone. What Tinkerbell learns on her journey is that she must take responsibility for her own actions and that the power and value of true friendship is much greater than she'd ever imagined. Like the first Tinkerbell, the colors and clarity of animation are simply breathtaking in this production, but the story lags somewhat thanks to a lengthy set up and a general lack of suspense in the first half of the film. Still, it's a perfectly entertaining movie that will delight children ages 3 and up as well as satisfy most parents. Character Descriptions

Terence:Tinks best friend from the Sparrow Men, Terence is a Pixie Dust Fairy, meaning he distributes the daily ratio of Pixie Dust to all fairies in Pixie Hollow. He has a special soft spot for Tink, we know it s a crush, but he s too innocent to realize it.

Blaze: Blaze is a young firefly; he s mischievous, inventive and enthusiastic. He can use his light as a flashlight, spotlight or SOS. Despite his diminutive size, he is courageous and supremely loyal to his friends.

Fairy Gary:The plump, Scottish-accented head of the Pixie Dust distribution center. A stickler to detail, protocol and the rules. If a fairy has already received her share of Pixie Dust, there is no emergency great enough for him to give her more. Still, he s a good boss and treats his fellow Pixie Dust distribution fairies like family.

Lyria: A pretty Story-Teller Fairy, Lyria is Pixie Hollow s equivalent of a Troubadour. Strumming on her harp, she entertains fairies by telling them stories of old, most times with an appropriate moral or lesson. She takes requests, too.

Viola: A Summoning Fairy, whenever Queen Clarion needs to see a fairy, Viola is dispatched to summon them with her kazoo. Tinker Bell tends to avoid Viola because getting summoned is usually a sign of trouble.

Tinker Bell:
Tink is spunky, rebellious, impatient, impulsive, determined, persistent, and temperamental... yet still charming and lovable. She has a talent for tinkering, but begins to believe it s not important, and thinks she doesn t matter. When she s called on to save the day, however, she discovers how much she really matters after all.

Rosetta: A Garden Fairy: Ro is a southern belle with a quick wit and a ton of charm. She s into giving beauty tips and makeovers to her friends and flowers, and always tries to look her best.

Silvermist: A Water Fairy: Sil has a delightfully offbeat way of looking at everything. Often listens to rumors from her babbling brook. Usually goes with the flow... but can sometimes be wishy-washy.

Iridessa: A Light Fairy: Dess is a detail-oriented perfectionist and chronic worry wart. She tries to look on the bright side of things, but often smells disaster. Always trying to keep it together.

Fawn:An Animal Fairy: A rascally tomboy full of mirth and mischief. Loves to tweak Iridessa. Fawn is always ready to play, and the more rough-and-tumble the game, the better.

Fairy Mary: A Tinker Fairy: Big, bold, brash and bossy. A mentor to Tink. Fairy Mary has grown to respect and admire Tink s tinker talent... to the point where she recommends Tink for the most prestigious assignment of creating the Autumn Scepter. Fairy Mary lives by the motto: Tinker fairies never fail. If Tink messes up, it will reflect badly on Fairy Mary.

Clank and Bobble: Tinker Fairies: Boy tinkers and best pals who love their jobs. Clank is a big lug who always has his ears plugged with fluff (for banging on stuff), so he s always shouting. Bobble is a little guy with dewdrop goggles (for detail work) whose myopia often gets him in others personal space, he s a close talker . They re good-natured geeks who are always talking shop.

Vidia: A Fast Flying Fairy: Vidia is a classic loner; she is one of the most special of special talent fairies and makes sure everyone knows it. Works with all the talents, creating breezes to blow down leaves in the fall and spread pollen in the spring. She and Tink started off on the wrong foot. Vidia is the first to criticize Tink and expect the worst... but she is capable of acknowledging when Tink succeeds.

Surprisingly entertaining
I'm going to be honest here. If you'd come up to me on the street 5 years ago and told me I'd end up owning a bunch of Tinkerbell movies, there would have been trouble. I've always had a problem with Disney's dual tendencies to 1) exploit -- er, "franchise" -- seemingly marginal elements of its classic films (resulting in everything from Cinderella II to the Jungle Book 2), and 2) warehouse/archive its wonderful originals such as Snow White for blocks of time to create additional demand and buying frenzies. It all seemed a little too cold and calculating, particularly for a company that I want to love, and that is responsible for greats like Cinderella as well as underappreciated gems like the Sword in the Stone. Plus I'm, you know, a guy.

Then I had a daughter.

See, a funny thing happens when you have kids. You just want them to be happy -- and to hold onto that childish wonder as long as they can. What seemed like (and may well be) a cynical approach by Disney to mine the "resources" of its older films dissolves away when you realize how happy they still make your kids. The first Tinker Bell spinoff got bad press for similar reasons, but when kids actually watch it they LOVE it. And you know what? It's actually not that bad of a show for adults either.

The follow up, Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure, finds Tink back in Pixie Hollow on a brand new adventure and with some new friends to boot. Along the way we'll see some quite impressive animation effects, and even learn a lesson about personal responsibility as well. My young daughter was completely mesmerized by the story (at one point I actually snapped my fingers to get her to blink), and it was even fairly (ahem!) engrossing from my perspective as well. In a world that seems determined to make children grow up as quickly as possible, you have to give Disney credit for putting together some products that simply let them be kids. If you stop me on the street now I'll still deny ever owning these movies, but at home I'll be holding my daughter as she giggles her way back to Pixie Hollow for the umpteenth time.

Tinker Bell: Even better the 2nd time around!
I had extremely low expectations for the first Tinker Bell (BD Live) [Blu-ray] but was very pleasantly surprised. Still, I wasn't quite sure that this particular "franchise" needed a sequel. So, with trepidation I put this Blu-ray into my player. "Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure" actually blows away its predecessor. Sure, the story is a tad predictable, but with fantastic new characters (including Blaze the firefly, and the two Trolls at the Troll Gate), returning favorites (Garden fairy Rosetta whose bubbly personality is pure Dolly Parton), and top-notch animation, this movie will be a joy to watch for all ages.

The story: Tinker Bell is entrusted with the creation of the scepter for the Autumn Revelry. Her friend Terence offers to help, but his micro-managing of Tink sets her off, and in her anger, she accidentally breaks the precious and rare moonstone, threatening the life of everyone in Pixie Hollow. Lashing out at Terence, the friendship between these two fairies is jeopardized, and Tink must find a way to fix the moonstone...and the friendship. The rest you'll have to watch on your own; this synopsis is greatly simplified, but I do not want to give away any spoilers.

On Tink's journey to repair the moonstone, she is joined by Blaze, a firefly. He is absolutely adorable, and given plenty of spunk and character by the Disney animation team. The animation team deserves a plethora of kudos; on Blu-ray this movie will take your breath away; especially the scene in the Fairy Tale Theater. The lighting effects are amazing; absolutely beautiful. All throughout the movie there are many visual touches that will show that the people behind this movie took special care to elevate this many notches above the usual straight-to-video movie. Hidden Mickeys, Skull Rock, and plenty of other details that bear repeated viewings. The Celtic-style music is back, but I feel it is blended much better into the movie than it was in the original film. I really can't say enough good things about this movie.

SPECS:
Video: 1080p High Def (1.78:1) * Audio: English 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio (48 kHz/24-bit), French & Spanish 5.1 Dolby Digital; subtitles: English SDH, French & Spanish. While the audio is crystal clear and pleasing to listen to, there are really no dynamic uses of the surround that seemed memorable to me.

Backstage Disney

Tinker Bell Comes to Disney World (8:20): Both Disneyland in Anaheim & Disney World in Orlando have Pixie Hollow areas, but this featurette focues on the Orlando version which has beautiful topiaries and 3-dimensional recreations of objects from this movie. With careful attention to colors and characterization from the movie, garden designer Carla Schuman and team discuss how it all came together.

Deleted Scenes (16:00): Includes intros by Director Klay Hall and Producer Sean Lurie

Alternate Scenes (4:00): These are pretty much manufactured bloopers that are fun to watch, including gaffes, some bodily function jokes, as well as a few other mildly funny/amusing bits.

Bonus Short (4:46): This is a magical guide to the Autumn area of Pixie Hollow, led by Terence & Tinker Bell. Pleasant to watch, it does appear to be more of an advertisement for Disney Books than a true short. Even the animation style is a little static and looks more like a 2-dimensional book illustration with simple movement than an animated film.

I Do, I Do, I DO Believe In Fairies!!!
My four year old daughter and I just watched TINKER BELL AND THE LOST TREASURE, the second of the new Tinker Bell stories, and I must say that Disney has hit another home run with this film. I really don't understand why these films are going straight to DVD. I think Disney would make a fortune releasing these movies in the theatres. My daughter was completely entranced by TINKER BELL AND THE LOST TREASURE, and I must admit, I found myself with a happy grin on my face throughout the entire movie. The TINKER BELL movies are, by far, some of the best films, animated or not, to come out of the Disney Studios in a long time. They are sweet, pure, and have lovely messages.

In TINKER BELL AND THE LOST TREASURE, Tink is given a very special task to help celebrate the Autumn Revelry. Because Tink is one of the most talented tinker fairies ever born, this very high honor falls to her. But our Tink is feisty, impetuous, and emotional, and things do go dreadfully wrong, possibly putting the future of Pixie Hollow and all fairies everywhere at risk. Tink tries to solve her problems all on her own, but soon learns that true friends, both old and new, are more important than anything else.

The animation in TINKER BELL AND THE LOST TREASURE is as magnificent as it was in the first film. The colors are rich and brilliant, the action smooth and clean, and the characterizations are delightful and loveable. The voice talent was cherry-picked from some of the best. Mae Whitman, who voices Katara in the AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER series, continues to be a perfect choice for Tink. Charming and sincere, she is conveys Tinker Bell perfectly. The talents of Kristin Chenoweth, Lucy Liu, Anjelica Huston, Jessie McCartney, Raven-Symone, and a host of others add to the pleasure of this film. And, as in the previous film, there is nothing particularly scary in TINKER BELL AND THE LOST TREASURE; nothing that will frighten or upset children. No one dies; no one is particularly evil; there is no bad language. A bad temper, a fight with a friend, and, yes, a stomped foot...but that is the worst of it. From start to finish, TINKER BELL AND THE LOST TREASURE is cute, appealing, and captivating.

TINKER BELL AND THE LOST TREASURE is another new sentimental favorite; this series just makes me feel all happy and gooey inside, and that is a wondrous thing in today's crazy world. I am going to sit down with my wee one, and watch this one again soon. My child in my lap and a joyful family film can certainly cure almost any bad day.

A bitter disappointment as a follow up
For those of you who loved the first Tinkerbell game, you will be disappointed in the second one. The game is able to be played in two different modes, one story mode and one fairy mode. The fairy mode is very much like the first game only this time you are able to be the type of fairy you want and then do little chores for other fairies. You also have a little house to decorate. It is very fun but they dumbed it down so much from the first game, if you are looking for a challenge, dont get the game. The story mode is INCREDIBLY simple. I was able to beat it in less than a hour. No challenge. No excitement. Very sad little game.

Ugh... The first one was so much better!
The first tinkerbell game went on and on and on and it was good! Fun.. this game there are two parts.. story mode and fairy mode.. I beat story mode in less than an hour.. way too simple.. the fairy mode you can make up to 5 fairies in different talents. you do a few things for other fairies and then your story is over.. then you get to do it all over again for another talent fairy.. the first one was developed so much better game play wise.. however, I do like the graphics and the different places in this one compared to the first one.. the movement isnt as much fun. I dont know.. high scores for tink game number one.. medium scores for tink game number 2.. I hope the 3rd one is much better.

She is really cute lovely skin tone, beautifull purple hair in this doll. Nice colors, love the corals,pinks,yellows and purple. These dolls are really well made, nicely detailed. Playmates make great toys, IMO. She looks like a fairy~small,petite,elegant,pixie face,pointed ears.

Disney Fairies are very enchanting!
All of the Disney fairies are adorable and my 5 year old loves playing with them, although they are very delicate. My only disappointment with this doll, Fira, is that she is different in size than the other fairies. I purchased this one to go with a few others my daughter has-- it came in the identical box but this fairy is about 1 1/2 inches smaller than the others and her wings are hard thick plastic but the other fairies are thin flexible plastic. Other than her not matching her "friends" she is a very pretty doll. I would recommend taking a very good look at the fairies you are purchasing if you want a "matched" set.

Beautiful Fairy...Make sure you get the right one!
Just a side note:

I had actually purchased this doll from another store in my hometown, and the actual one I received is the doll in the first pic. The fairy doll from the first pic does have swapable wings, outfits, etc, that can fit the other 8 inch disney fairy dolls. However, I'm not sure about the second doll pictured, which appears to have an enlarged head, a different outfit, and different wings. Please consult with the seller to confirm which doll you are getting because it is obvious from the pictures shown that they are not the same Fira doll. The bar code number of the one I have is 04337736288.

With that being said, this doll is very beautiful and durable. I originally bought this as a gift for my younger sister, and she absolutely adores it. I believe she has it for two years now, and it is still in excellent condition, the doll's hair still perfectly in place, and not a tear or thread out of place on her lovely dress. My sister also owns an 8 inch Tinkerbell doll and a Rani, and we are working on getting the Prilla doll soon.

Fun play activity to share with a 4-5 year old girl!
Many folks have a love-hate relationship with Pixos. Nut my craftsy/"artist-want-to be" princess of a 5-year old niece loves them, and it's an activity that you are almost mandated to share to with them at this age. This pixo kit is the one, so far, she's enjoyed the most. Here's the ups and downs of it:

Upsides:
- Helping TINKERBELL fly is a winner: Tinkerbell is alway a winner with my niece, but making Tinkerbell's pixos wings for her to be able to fly again was a highlight for her with this set. Comes with a cut-out cardboard Tink and the "stickies" needed to attach her wings when you complete them. The wings are the "beginner" level of making - so perfect for this age.

- Tinkerbell in the Lost Island with Fairies and trees you make are even more of a winner: The box is cleverly designed to become a Lost Island forest - for on-going imaginative playability after you've made them.

Downsides:
The downsides are pretty much what people that don't like Pixo's typically will tell you - though my nieces enjoyment of them supercedes these downsides.

- Patience and a plan are required to fully enjoy Pixo's made for this age set:
Bumps that upset Pixos you've already placed happen (this tends to bother adults more than the kids). There's a lot of small pieces (TIP: We make sure we've already poured each color pixos into a little snack ziploc bag to reduce errant pixos floating around), and it does take a lot of spraying with water and a couple of hours for each of your "creations" to dry.

- Pixos aren't a "substitute baby-sitter" type-toy: With younger kids, you really do have to sit down and do the project with them with. To me, it makes it a fun shared activity.

- Placing Pixo's is easier for little fingers than 'adult-sized' fingers": We had no problem doing this one with our hands (the kit doesn't come with a Pixo pen. But, if you are doing them on a regular basis - I highly recommend getting a Pixos Pen Pack Starter Pack Plus Bonus Refill Kit, which includes a PIXO placement pen that adults with bigger hands often find easier to use.

Not what I expected

Tink to the rescue
I bought this for my car in april of 2008. It being my first car, I knew exactly what theme I wanted

Tink and lots of it.

When I removed it from the backing, I somehow managed to mangle the face beyond recognition. Granted, it wasn't the easiest thing to remove but I did a number on it.

Luckily, I managed to reconstruct the face [right down to the eyes and nose] by piecing everything together pefectly. Looking at it now, you'd never know there was ever an 'incident' - tink looks perfect and she has survived Rain, Wind, Sleet, Hail, Snow and Ice and has held up fine.

I do wish the process of applying had been easier, but I am happy with the durability thus far. I didn't want to have to go out and buy another one, and since it is my first window decal for a car I really didn't know what to expect.

My daughter asked for this toy for Christmas, and when I bought it for her, I had know idea what it was, really. Once I opened, I realized that it was a toy that you could only use with the computer and I had to upload software to my computer. So I was a little disappointed with that. On the positive side, the parts it comes with are jewelry, so my daughter is happy. We signed her up to Pixie Hollow which she loves playing. She has her own little fairy. The downside is that in order to purchase a lot of the stuff from the little shops within Pixie Hollow, you have to have a membership. But my daughter is content just flying her fairy around and doing the little quests.

If I'd known how glitchy the game was, I'd have NEVER have bought this (OR ANY of the Pixie Hollow Toys!)
As for the jewelry box, it is cheap plastic, and you can only register it to one account, so if you are planning to have more than one account (which at the moment gives you three fairies to play the on-line game with!) You can NOT re-register ANY of the "Clickables" (Technosource) items! (this includes the hand-held game as well!)Disney Fairies: Tinkerbell and The Lost Treasure

As for the online game itself, there are TONS of bugs that prevent you from getting through the game. It took them 3 MONTHS!!! to correct a closet issue for clothes for your on-line fairies, thus you could not see or use many of the items you had earned through quests and/or clickables and/or bought in the game by collecting items! Even if you have collected items, used the codes from the toys you have bought, there is never enough room for the items you want to keep!

You can call, send reports, suggestions, and there is still never enough room! When there is a problem (that MANY other players are having as well) IF you get a response, it generally consists of "we're working on it", OR The problem must be at your end: e.g - When I reported a problem that many other players were having, I was requested to send a report to Pixie Hollow (Disney Interactive)that was a test of my machine, but contained personal info on my PC, the programs on it, etc. two friends who reported the same problem were sent two other reasons for the game not working properly (one was told she hadn't earned a "Badge" when she had even sent in a screen shot of it, and was basically called a liar according to her by the staff), then was told the problem must be with her computer.. blah, blah, blah... Another friend who reported the problems was also told at times basically it must be her computer, her settings, and so on.

If you get on the game forum and post anything but nice thoughts about it, they are buried into a "rant" section, which you will not know even exists unless you make such a post about the game not working and/or asking when things will be fixed so you can play the game! (AND Pixie Hollow staff will tell you that the forum basically has nothing to do with them (OK right, Disney is going to allow someone else to use their name!?! I think not!) AND if you look at the upload logs in the Wiki for the game, the same online names are used there as the moderators' names for that game and others (They seem to have a skeleton crew staff that attempts to run all of their games, and either because they are stretched to thin or don't know how, the game always has some problem going on. For the 6 months I played, I felt like I got about half of that out of it and was paying for it!

The game should have never left BETA testing, and it seems additions to the game (which are beautiful with what you'd expect from Disney from an art perspective)have such major problems in the game that you simply cannot play the game and enjoy it for more than about a couple of months, then you'll really notice the MAJOR problems of not enough storage space, quests not functioning properly for paid members, and run into walls where you simply cannot do any of the objectives of the game, or buy other things you'd like for your home, no more clothes, even though they release a LOT of things all at once, and you may have earned enough to buy things, there is simply not enough room for the items, and you have to delete something!

There are places where you can make your own clothes and household items, buying dyes and choosing your own colors for things you've already seen in the game, which is a great idea, but is a problem when you do not have room for the items! (I only made I believe 3 clothing items for myself, and two of those had to be deleted because there is simply no room!)

ALSO, items you earn disappear (from cookies you need to go into the wilderness, which for the last more than a week many of us have not been able to access!)

There is a theater where you are supposed to be able to put on a pre-scripted play, but the language and tone of the language of some of the "famous fairies" in the quests, the language in the game, the manipulative stories of your child basically being a gofer for especially Tinkerbell, seem to me to teach kids to be targets for bullies.

Bullying DOES go on in the game, and thus I would NOT recommend this game for children at all!

You can have parties at your home, yet the 3 games you can buy often crash (you'll still get the points towards a badge for hosting so many party games, or playing games at other people's parties, but

If you don't want your child (or yourself) subjected to high-pressure sales tactics, and don't want to be frustrated with everything in the game that does not work, then steer away from this game and the toys that interact with it! There is a huge push to buy T-Shirts, etc. with YOUR fairy's picture and name on it.

There are a lot of nice people on the game, but also be aware that there seems to be a population of teens that despite the limited chat talk about seriously inappropriate things on the game for small children to be reading!

The on-line game this item works with I played for about 6 months on subscription. I saw a few glitches at first, but figured it was a fluke and that Disney would get on it and fix the problems right away! Boy! was I wrong!

Every time the on-line game has an update, there are MAJOR problems where you literally cannot play entire portions of the game, IF you can even get logged onto the game and it seems you'll will spend more time sending error reports than you will playing the game, if things continue as they have been for the last 6-7 months.

This game *COULD BE* a blockbuster (AND a REALLY FUN GAME!), and I'm sure with the sales team will sell a LOT of subscriptions (I read somewhere they have 6 MILLION registered accounts already, and this is before the new movie comes out this month) along with the Nintendo DS game that is supposed to interact with this game, and they have already had, since at least last February, glitch after glitch after glitch! They may sell a lot of the new DS games, however it's a game that will likely be in the thrift stores before the year is out!

I'm uncertain if the DS game will be like the Technosource, and only be registerable to one account only, but if it is, I'd avoid that as well...

There are FAR too many free games that are FAR better maintained and operated.

IF you do buy the Clickables, I've read that if you delete a virtual item you get from it, it takes nearly an act of God to get it back if you change your mind, and hours on the phone with the "Never Council" as the staff like to refer to themselves. The Clickables charms only give you one item, and you can get badges for "collecting (buying) them, yet fr those who bought them all, know that there is one left empty in your "Leaf Journal" on the game, and I read a post from Disney that says they are no longer making these toys, and there are software problems with loading them as well,which makes for more frustrations for kids (AND even adults) who want to simply play a fun, interactive game!

I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a good on-line game to play with your kids, or simply play the game for free. The codes for ALL the toys you can buy are all listed on a Disney, and other, websites so you can get the codes for the other toys that have the codes for free, without buying the toys (Although Clickables DOES have extras you might like as well, but with so little room in the closets and storage for these and other items, there is plenty to choose from without buying these as well.

I have two account, one paid, and one free, and I found I can do almost everything (and sometimes more with the glitches) on my free account than I can the paid account!!!

This is like Pokemon was years ago... "BUY MORE STUFF!!!" Which doesn't seem like a good message to be sending to children, and they get bored with it in a short period of time anyhow. I chat with mostly adults on the game, but have moved onto playing other games that are free and FAR more fun (see myspace, [...] and other places for a LOT of fun games!) [...] has some really cute, free and frankly, more fun games that are non-violent!) You might try Cafe World or Farmville on myspace or other games by Zynga as well on myspace! Then you can choose to buy money (with real money) for your character or not! (They are more fun if you do!)

Wonderful Pillows at a Unbelievable Price!
I bought these pillows as alittle additional decor for in my daughter's new Tinkerbell room, but these are so multi-functional! I end up half falling asleep on them when we read bedtime stories at night! I LOVE the way they feel.........oh and they look FABULOUS too! Seriously, if they made a bedtime pillow like these, I would buy it in a heartbeat! They really are a great add on to the Tinkerbell room and there is no way you can beat the price on them! Decorative pillows for our bedroom were double the price for just one pillow! I was EXTREMELY happy with this purchase, but most of all, my daughter loves them!

Perfect pillow
My 3 year old daughter loves this pillow. It the perfect size for her to cuddle with or lay on.
I love how bright the colors are and I can easily spot clean it with a baby wipe when I need to.

Tinker Bell pillow
I have been looking for a pillow filled with micro beads, there very hard to find. There are a few neck pillows that are used for traveling, but thats not what I wanted. When I seen this Tinker Bell pillow on Amazon, (also being a Tinker Bell Fan), I just had to have it. It is made extremely well, and the colors are brillent. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and I recommend anyone who is a fan of Tinker and loves the wonderful feeling of micro beads to buy it. You must try it.
